Wow what an amazing year it’s been. In May of this year I decided to take a HUGE leap of faith! I packed up my car one day with no plans, no job, no place to live and decided to move from Mississippi to Florida. Spending years in addiction, depression, and getting in trouble with the law it was most definitely time to make a change. It truly was LIFE or DEATH for me and my daughter. I’m a single mom to a beautiful 13 year old. On the road to getting my life back on track I found Beachbody and man oh man it has changed my life forever. I am proud to say today with the help of my family and my amazing team I am 100% sober! Life is so much sweeter on this side of the bridge. Fitness is now a lifestyle in our household! Fit Mama! Fit Daughter! Fit Dog!!
